Do I need to register my trademark?

If someone else sets up a business in your company name confusing your customers and taking revenue what will you do?

Well it is easier and cleaner to point to the registered trademark than to have to demonstrate the right to use the name through your gathered evidence of use.

Trademark registration is not essential but recommended for your company name and key brands. 

There are other less obvious benefits to registration such as business value and ability to license the name.
