What is more important diet or exercise?
Diet 95% and exercise 5%
In modern society we are all over fed and under nourished and according to Prof Tim Spector almost everything you ever learnt about food is wrong
Tanzanian hunter gatherers are all slim into old age but do not do any more steps than the rest of us
However where we differ is they do not eat processed foods or take antibiotics and so their gut microbiomes are much healthier than ours
I am a firm believer in this philosophy of food
