Starbucks “Human Touch” now its key intangible asset
Starbucks is now focussed on the “human touch” as a key intangible asset in its brand revival strategy. This is part of the company’s “Back to Starbucks” initiative designed to turnaround its fortunes.
The Marlow Starbucks has always been one of my fave’s with friendly and engaging staff who care. This even when the roof was leaking and before the brilliant new revamp.
If I were Black Sheep I would take note as their faceless machine ordering system is clunky, frustrating and dehumanising.
More human than human is the way to go. Well done Starbucks (Marlow)
