No NDA, No Play

Do not work with anyone who will not sign an NDA with you.

Why would you risk it?

Without an NDA they are free to share your valuable and secret information with anyone they like.

Sometimes investors or partners say we are too busy we do not sign NDAs. Don’t work with them.

If you do not want your ‘secret sauce being’ shared with your competitors do not share anything valuable and secret with anyone you do not trust.

If you do share then only under a contract or NDA that protects you.

If they will not sign an NDA do not tell them anything you would not like your competitors to get hold of.
