Is An NDA Sufficient To Protect Trade Secrets?
The short answer is No!
CASE LAW
In the L’Oréal v Olaplex case the NDA language was found to be ambiguous. Also there are more cases in the USA where NDAs are not found to be sufficient or within reasonable measures.
CONTRACTS
Yes you do need NDAs but you also need specific contracts and a programme for trade secrets.
