How to Better Represent Your Brand

The Lights are On, but No One is Home! The Aga saga.

Aga stores are closing around Britian, is this because the English love affair with this venerable cooker is over or just it just need a re-brand?

Aga vacated its City of London, Liverpool Street store leaving the brand proudly on display on an empty stickered shop front, which begs more negative questions than helping promote the brand.

Aga has not fared well through the energy crisis; this is because traditional models are always on and rising gas prices caused bigger bills for customers. The newer electric models are more efficient, and they can be turned on and off.

Not many brands survive 80 years never mind the product surviving 80 years. The Swedish designed (UK made) Aga has been in production since 1932 and some or the early models are still thought to be in use today.

There is an amazing brand heritage and equity attached to the Aga brand so what is the best way to build the brand in the future?
