Yes, some people do win against Stelios but it takes an investment in lawyers and significant management distraction, time and money that not everyone wants to spend.

Do The Checks
The point is that you need to do the checks before you decide on your name, your go to market for your company and products and services. If you do not then you can expect a roadblock ahead at some stage.
Do it now do it in advance and steer clear of roadblocks and definitely do not take the ‘easy’ route.
