If most of the value in your business is intangible and most of that is held secret (think new product details, business strategy, pricing algorithm, rich data set, latest breakthrough innovation), how to retain it within your business?
When even the CEO is inclined to impress investors or customers with the latest breakthroughs, what hope for the sales person whilst at a conference (after a wine)?

Do you assume it won’t happen? Or do you plan in case it does?
Most trade secrets are given away for free by an innocent party saying too much.
imho the role play (no stockings) where you articulate the benefits without revealing the how is crucial. Practice and you will get to the point where you know what you can and can’t say.
Sounds simple. Too simple?
