IP expert Donal O’Connell has recently conducted an extensive survey on the standard of IP education in business and these results show a comprehensive need for business IP education programmes.

In my experience, many businesspeople recognise intellectual property even if they don't use the correct terminology.

However, imagine the power unleashed if all your employees fully understood intellectual property and were able to go about their work creating, identifying, capturing, protecting, managing, and finally driving value for your business from your intellectual property.
