CVON Intellectual Property Sale

As a spin out from Nokia innovative mobile media advertising business CVON was ahead of the curve with its technology.

CVON took the decision that best value for the business would be to sell the IP and the business separately. The IP portfolio was substantial and the patents numbered 300. The patents were sold to Apple for a price which justified the decision to sell the assets separately from the business.

We were helped by John Pryor who coached us on how to achieve amazing value for our IP assets when we sold the business and the IP separately. Christian Bunke Founder CVON and Basck

Trademark Infringement Support

We contacted John since we wanted to review our IP policy and strategy.  A a fast-growing business, we felt we needed additional support with IP.

This was illustrated recently when a competitor company started using our trademark causing confusion with our customers and lost business for us.

John was incredible, quickly developing and executing on a strategy to regain and secure our trademark rights.  Also implementing on a full set of measures to protect our business.

Copyright Infringement

As an influencer with millions of followers it is very damaging when someone copies all of your material and videos and sets up on a different social media platform pretending to be you!

This distressing and damaging episode was rapidly closed by Exalt IP using copyright and trademark infringement to persuade the owners of the social media platform to quickly take down the offending and stolen content,  and prevent its relisting.
